  2. Now once it becomes Rabdi consistency, put off the stove and let it cool down for a while. Now add Fresh Cream and Mango Pulp. Keep about 2 tbsp mango pulp aside from that.
  3. Now blend this rabdi mixture,this makes the Rabdi smooth in texture.Now keep this in the fridge for it to chill.
  4. Now cut of the crusts of the 4 slices of bread to remain with square slices.
  5. Now in a double boiled,melt the chocolate by adding 1 tsp milk. Now add Chopped Dry Fruits to it. Mix this well.
  6. Now roll the bread straight as seen in picture.
  7. Now spread 1 tsp mango pulp on the bread.
  8. Now add the about 1 tbsp of the chocolate dry fruit mixture.
  9. Now roll this into a cylindrical shape and repeat for each slice.
  10. Now in the serving plate most of the chilled Rabdi into it.
  11. Now place the bread rolls into the Rabdi and pour the remaining Rabdi on top.
  12. Garnish with sliced Almonds and Pistachio alongside the saffron strands and rose petals. If you want it to be more chilled, leave it in the fridge for a further longer time. Now it's ready.
