  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and and mix until combined into a wet dough.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips and raisins then put into fridge for 30min.
  6. Remove from the fridge for 5min.
  7. Make into balls of ~4cm diameter. Place on lined baking tray and flatter balls to ~2cm thick
  8. Bake for 11 minutes
