- Mix flour and matcha powder and shift well.
- In a bowl put butter and all sugar and mix well until the color changes white
- Add egg yolk and mix well
- Add shifted flour and mix gently until dough is just blended.
- Take out the dough onto a sheet of cling film. Wrap it with cling film and shape the dough in round. Refrigerate it for more than 30 mins. (start preheat your oven at 170 to 180 degrees!)
- Take out your dough from fridge and slice it in 1cm
- Line a baking tray with a baking sheet and bake them for 25 mins!
