- Add sausage to pan and brown the meat - 3 or 4 mins
- Cook spaghetti as per instructions -typically 10-12 mins
- Grate zest of 1 lemon and juice both lemons. Add to pan with chicken stock and crepe fraiche. Cook for 8 mins or until liquid reduced by half
- Drain spaghetti when cooked and add to pan with spinach. Cook for two mins
- Serve with grated parmesan
