  1. Firstly, to prepare the dark chocolate ganache: in a mixing bowl, add dark chocolate and hot cream. Mix well. Now pour the mixture in chocolate mould. Keep the mould in freezer for atleast 1 hour.
  2. Now in a mixing bowl, add butter and sugar. Mix well. Now add vanilla essence, mix well. Now add all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder. Using hand mix well, the mixture will be like crumbled texture. Now add milk and knead a smooth dough by gently mixing all the ingredients. Do not mash too much like roti or puri dough. Now add 1 tbsp choco chips, mix and keep in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Place the cookies on baking plate or tray which can be fit inside the kadai.
  4. Take a deep bottomed kadai, add little salt at the bottom, now keep a steal stand of 1 inch height. Cover the kadai with lid. Keep on high flame for 5-8 minutes. Now remove the lid, place the baking plate or tray. Cover it and keep on medium flame for 15-18 minutes, meanwhile check it in every 5-6 minutes. After 18 minutes. Switch off the flame, take out the tray. Keep the cookies on wire stand for completely cooling down. Once cooled down, keep in airtight container for future consumption.
