  8. Let flooding dry overnight
  9. For fine decorating: When pulling a tooth pick through icing the dent should disappear in 9 counts (whisk until it only disappears after 9 counts)
  10. Divide icing in as many colours you please
  11. Play around with dots, stripes and letters.
