Instructions to make Chicken ginger karahi:
  1. Assemble all the ingredients in one place
  2. Take a karahi add 1/3 cup oil when oil little heat up add 2 green cardamom 1 bey leaf and stir the spoon for 30 to 40 seconds
  3. After 30 seconds add chicken in it and fry for 2 to 3 minutes in oil
  4. After 3 minutes chicken is perfectly fry now add 2 tbsp ginger paste 1 tbsp garlic paste 1 tbsp green chilli paste mix it well and cook at least frequent comes out
  5. Now add 3 tomato paste in the chicken mix it well and cover for 3 minutes
  6. After 3 minutes add all spices in it and mix together and cook for 2 minutes
  7. Now add 1 cup water and cover for 10 minutes
  8. After 10 minutes chicken is tender completely now add yoghurt and stirring spoon for 2 minutes
  9. After 2 minutes add half cup warm milk mix it and stirring spoon for 3 minutes
  10. Now chicken ginger karahi is done garnish with lemon julian cut ginger and sprinkle some coriander leaf
  11. Serve with yoghurt chuttni chapati and salad
